This website is operated by Moureve (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products & pricing

Our products are cosmetic body-care items. Descriptions and prices may change at any time, and certain items may sell out. We describe our products honestly and do not claim they treat, cure, or structurally change the skin (see the medical disclaimer below).

3. Orders & payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination.

4. One-time purchases — no subscription

Every purchase on Moureve is a single, one-time transaction. We do not operate any subscription, membership, VIP, or auto-shipment program. Your card is charged once, for the items you selected, and never again without a new order you place yourself. There are no recurring charges, minimum commitments, or exit fees.

6. Refunds, returns & our guarantee

Every order is backed by our 60-Day Every-Dollar-Back Guarantee — a full refund, no return required, no fees, and you keep the bottle. Full details are in our Refund, Returns & Guarantee policy.

7. Coupons & discount codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and may include conditions such as expiry dates or minimum spend. We’re unable to apply a missed code retroactively, but a still-valid code can be used on a future order. Misuse of single-use codes may result in cancellation.

8. Chargebacks

If something goes wrong with your order, please email us first — with our guarantee, there is almost never a reason to dispute a charge, and we resolve issues quickly and in your favour.

9. Medical disclaimer

Our products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance and feel of skin. Results describe the appearance of skin and vary by individual. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Moureve is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
