Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Moureve, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we operate on a made-to-order dropshipping model, each order is processed specifically for you once it is placed. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of our dropshipping fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund, where applicable

Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Moureve or our fulfillment partner.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
  • Delivery failed because the recipient was unavailable.
  • The package is delayed due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • The tracking information confirms successful delivery.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
